A. Overview of Experience and Expertise

Sithen Kem has had over 10 years’ banking experience in Cambodia. She spent the last 7 years with ANZ Royal Bank holding various positions in the area of client relationship with variety of client segments inclusive of Small and Medium Enterprises, Local Corporates, and Multi-National Corporations. Her last corporate role was a Director Local Corporates, managing a portfolio of a large client set in the sectors of Resource, Energy and Infrastructure. During her time with ANZ Royal Bank, Sithen participated and led a few landmark transactions, one of which was the first commercial syndicate transaction in Cambodia. Her key expertise is in customer service and client relationship, corporate advisory, credit and risk management.

Prior to joining ANZ Royal, Sithen spent 2 years as the researcher working with a leading research institution in Cambodia on the project called moving out of poverty study funded by the World Bank.
